The official site of Amsterdam Tourism & Convention Board. Have a look at their I Amsterdam Card. It consists of a chip-card, a public transport ticket, a full-colour guide and provides free and discounted offers on major tourist attractions.

GVB
GVB is the public transport company of Amsterdam (tram, bus, metro, ferries). Find network maps, timetables, tickets, fares, passes for one or more days, and more.

Opstapper
This GVB minibus service runs the length of the Prinsengracht canal. Hop on, hop off, no fixed stops on the route. Simply hold out your hand and the bus will stop for you.

Canal bus
Their boats offer a regular service along 3 routes with 14 stops located near the major museums, shopping areas and attractions. Hop on, hop off all day long.

Museum Boat
The Museum Boat sails along seven top locations, like the Music Theater, the Rijksmuseum, the Anne Frank House and the Central Station.

Canal House & Garden Tour
Discover the hidden treasures behind the façades of Amsterdam's most impressive houses (April-October). Maybe you even see an extra sundial or two!

Canal House Garden Weekend
Once a year, in the third weekend of June, the public can visit some thirty gardens of private homes and institutions. Here too, you might bump into a sundial!
